UPDATE FOR GIANTS/SUCCESSFUL FORUM

Good Morning Giants, kindly pay attention to these 2 updates.

1. Try as much as possible not to miss the training of this Saturday, very important; at the stage we are, trainings are a no-brainer.

2. Most people have unnecessarily stressed us as regards verification of documents  on the Exchange.

The instruction is clear as to what documents to upload but 99% of the people uploaded unacceptable documents.

Some people uploaded selfies, banners & nepa/phcn bill, it may sound funny but that is running resources on our server & we are paying more to clear this out, this is unnecessary cost GIANTS, common on.

The odd is, out of every 1000 documents we review just about 10 are acceptable & this is slowing down verifications.

So here's what we'll do;

IF YOU ARE SURE THAT YOU UPLOADED EITHER YOUR INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT, DRIVERS LICENSE, PERMANENT VOTERS CARD, PERMANENT NATIONAL ID CARD & YOUR BANK STAMPED STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT, SEND YOUR USERNAME ON THIS GROUP, SO WE CAN VERIFY YOU

For God's sake, if you didn't upload exactly 2 of the documents mentioned above (bank stamped statement of account is a MUST), DON'T SEND YOUR USERNAME HERE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE BANNED & YOU WILL NOT BE UNBANNED

The idea of this is to quickly verify qualified users & ease up the stress from my team, we all slept in the office over the weekend verifying accounts & yet most people are doing it wrong.

If you send your username here & we find out you uploaded non-compliant documents, we will assume you want to be wicked to us & you will be banned, that means your account deleted & you can not re-register, save the apologies now & do the right thing because you will not be UNBANNED... You must help us serve you better, the stress mustn't be this much, one of my team members already reported ill yesterday, so I'll be strict with this with no apologies.
