There shall be first preparatory meeting towards the hosting of the long awaited Abuja TBC Trade fair scheduled as follows :-
Date: Tuesday 18th April, 2017
Venue:Grand Ibro Hotel opp. Shippers plaza, after PDP National Secretariat,Zone 5, Wuse Abuja.
Time: 4pm-6pm prompt . TBC time.
Expected attendees: All tbc leaders in Abuja, tbcians in this forum and other forums in Abuja who are interested are all welcomed to this inaugural meeting.
Agenda of the meeting:
1.)Preparation for hosting of Abuja TBC trade fair
2) Identification and compilation of merchants who are already accepting TBC in Abuja.
3) Discussion on how to get more merchants before the trade fair
4) Other logistics planning for the trade fair
5) AOB
