You just need to send an email from your registered wallet email address to tickets@thebillioncoin.info and the admin will reset the question for you.  

But seriously, you should remember the security question and answer...

Don`t forget your question and answer...

When the TBC Admin resets the question for you,
You will need to SAVE the new Security Question and Answer in a notepad where you keep all your TBC Accounts info

    Dear admin please help me.  I am finding it difficult to access my tbc  account in Android phone(infinix hot 7) because if I log in with my email and password then it will take me to my security question where i put my security answer but usually showed invalid  but if the person who registered me login in his phone  then it will show my account.     for some reason i cannot find my tbc wallet i have had it for over 3 years i did the transfer to 009 the new wallet everything has been in order i was going to pay my $10 fee an my account has gone and when i send my email it tells mr there is no record of my account with my gmail . i have my address with 40 letters an numbers as prove can i recover it please

      same thing I am facing now bro. I hope this isn't a scam. I still logged into my wallet around March this year 2021 and I saw everything intact, but for the past few days now I have been trying to log in again to check but after putting my mail and password, it's telling me that the address is not exist. I have lots of money in that wallet and now it's gone, wallet doesn't exist anymore.
